It all began when our Head Coach Jordan Timbro looked in the mirror one day and simply decided it was time to change. After saying the phrase "Excuses are excuses, and there's no more excuses", the journey of life change began. What was planned to be a 30 day personal challenge turned into a life changing lifestyle once he lost 50lbs himself. After his transformation Jordan got his NASM Certification and started Personal Training to help others with their own transformations. Once he saw his clients changing and experiencing the life changing results themselves through our NOExcuses Weight Loss & Muscle Gain Method, it was undeniable that there was more to be done to reach others with this life changing method. We will be sure to not only make you walk away from every workout feeling better than you came in, but you will also have clarity and direction with every single workout to understand - what exercises to do & how to perform the exercises to obtain optimal results in the quickest amout of time!
Our approach to coaching nutrition with our clients is for any fitness level, as it offers top notch coaching and support as well as complete nutrition coaching (including ongoing macronutrient breakdown and a meal plan). All online coaching packages offer unlimited text messaging with your coach through my NOExcuses Fitness App, alternative exercises and adjustments as necessary, and consistent support. Workouts provided will be catered to your schedule and preferred workout location/equipment available (gym/home or both). This plan includes a 30 minute coaching call (your choice of voice/video) with Jordan once per month to check-in on progress and adjust training/nutrition as necessary to ensure optimal results from your plan.
