This is a DONE FOR YOU Beginner Friendly 2-Day Split Full Body TONE workout plan designed for the gym to build strength and lean muscle over the next 12 weeks.  This workout plan is split into three 4 week phases in order to continue to challenge your body over the entire 12 weeks and to continue to make progress.
